Welcome to Nelson Suburbs Football Club

Nelson Suburbs Football Club enters teams in winter football leagues run by Nelson Bays Football and runs a summer football competition. Nelson Suburbs is the only club in Nelson that has a team playing in the Mainland Football Premier League based in Christchurch.

In 2012 the club turns 50, check back for news and events as we celebrate this milestone.

Summer football is under way again. Click here for the latest draws.
Mini football
Mini football is a fun five a side football programme for primary schools. It is run at Saxton fields through term 1 and term 4 on Tuesday evenings at 4:30.

Winter football
Training for Mainland Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2 Mainland Development team (colts) has started. Thursdays 6pm at Saxton Field.

Casual training for all social teams (Division 2, 3 & 4 ) starts on Sunday 12th February, 3pm. Meet by the clubrooms at Saxton Field.

Development Teams 2012
Trials for the 2012 Suburbs Development Teams start 9am Sunday 12 February 2012, followed by 3 consectutive trials on Friday 17th February 2012, Sunday 19 February and Tuesday 21 February 2012.
