  Rental charges :

·         $75 + GST/day - for non profit community groups

·         $95 + GST/day - for commercial organisations

·         $100 + GST/day - for sports tournaments

·         $450 + GST – for weddings (including set up);  $200 Bond required.

    Deposit required upon receipt of confirmation – half of rental cost

    Balance and Bond paid upon receiving the key.

  ·         $30 + GST – per day for cleaning services if required.

       fully equipped cleaning room.

Rental can be paid on the day or invoiced after the event.
