Setting up your Digital Membership Card

Getting your Membership Card is quick and easy:

1. Download the Sporty NZ App from our HOME page or the App Store.
2. In the Sporty NZ App, Search for Nelson Suburbs Football Club.
3. Tap Membership Card.
4. Enter your First Name, Last Name and Date of Birth, then tap Search.
   
   

​​​​​​​If your Membership Card doesn't appear, check with your club to make sure:

• A Membership Card has been enabled for you.
• The name and date of birth on your football registration/membership form matches exactly with the details you have entered. 

You only need to complete this setup once each year. After that, your Membership Card will automatically appear in the App whenever you tap the Membership Card button.

Tap the Photocard button and enter your name and DOB, then tap Search.

If you wish to return to the home screen of the mobile app, clear the membership card or add another members card, simply click on the 3 dots at the top right corner and select the option you want.
