PLAYING MEMBERS:
All players must be registered to play football.
Registration can only be completed for one member at a time.
Please note that payment is required to complete the full registration process.
All fees are non-refundable.

NON PLAYING MEMBERS:
We ask that all parents/caregivers complete a separate registration form as “non-playing members”.
This will enable parents/caregivers to access the club app member rewards program and will become an essential communication tool moving forward.
Please note – select “volunteer” under the role section, this is set by NZF and doesn’t require you to physically volunteer, however there is a section to complete if you are able to help, volunteer, coach etc this year.
